The name is a promise about perspective.
In the myth, Daedalus built wings of feathers and wax so that Icarus could rise above the labyrinth and see the world from above. Our golden wing carries that idea — not the ending: we give owners that view from above of their property — full visibility, complete oversight — while we handle everything on the ground.
Most owners we meet are stitching together a cleaner, a property manager and a fixer across two or three phone numbers. Things fall between them. We built Icarus so one team is accountable for the whole picture: the booking, the spotless changeover, the five-star guest experience, the direct reservation that skips the platform fee.
We work in Athens, with a local team. That's deliberate. Property is a local business dressed up as a digital one, and the difference between a good season and a great one is usually someone who can be at the property in twenty minutes.
